Preventing AUTO folder programs being run
Is there a way to prevent programs in the C:\AUTO folder being run from the hard disk on boot up? I tried the old Ctrl-C trick but that doesn't seem to work (STE, TOS 1.62)?

Re: Preventing AUTO folder programs being run
Ah, I found another way - boot from the HDDRIVER SDHC card with the other card in the second slot, then just delete the offending files.
Still if it's possible to boot HDDRIVER but not the auto folder it would be good to know.

Re: Preventing AUTO folder programs being run
By selecting a different partition to boot the AUTO folder from (by pressing a key, e.g. 'D' for partition D) you can change the AUTO folder being used. If there is no AUTO folder this is fine, nothing will be booted except HDDRIVER. Please see the HDDRIVER manual for details, also on how to load accessories from the selected partition.
