SCSI Driver and firmware test suite 4.0 is available

There is a new version of the SCSI Driver and firmware test suite for testing SCSI Driver and firmware implementations based on the open SCSI and SCSI Driver standards. The tests test software and device functions, not only with SCSI/ACSI but also with IDE, SATA, ATAPI and USB. They have already revealed numerous bugs, so that the respective developers can fix them. The tests can be started from the desktop, do not modify any data and are open source. Therefore, you can always see exactly what is tested and how. Please contact me if a test expects a result that is not compliant with the respective standard, so that this test can be updated.
