Accidental wipe of partition information. Recoverable?

HDDRIVER 12.77 has just been released. This release should correctly detect when there is no root sector backup and display a warning that the root sector cannot be recovered.

But even with this release, do not repair/overwrite the root sector unless there is a good reason to do so.
